We want to match our puppies to the owner's needs but, above all, find good homes. Please tell me  about yourself: if you prefer male or female; potentially breedable or pet quality or either; color preference and what plan of care you have for this puppy.  We are a CTCA breeder and  you must read and agree to the CTCA code of ethics before buying a puppy. This is an initial contact form. After we talk on the phone and agree that a CTCA coton adoption may be possible- I will forward buyer application, deposit contract and purchase contract.
